These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of paretogrowth.io and any communications you receive from Pareto Growth, LLC ("Pareto Growth," "we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company located at 14 Aries Ct, Newport Beach, CA 92663. By using our website, submitting a form, or consenting to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us and our services
Pareto Growth, LLC provides marketing and lead generation services to home services businesses, including paid advertising campaign management, customer relationship management system configuration, and marketing automation. Our website provides information about those services and allows prospective clients to contact us.
2. SMS text messaging program
Program description and message types
Pareto Growth, LLC operates a text messaging program for individuals who have given express written consent to receive messages from us. Depending on the consent you provide, you may receive:
- Marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.
- Non-marketing messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling and confirmations, account and campaign updates, and customer service.
Marketing consent and non-marketing consent are collected separately using two independent, unchecked checkboxes. Consent to receive text messages of any kind is not a condition of purchase, is not required to submit a form on our website, and is not required to receive a response from us.
How consent is collected
We collect consent in the following ways, and in each case the consent checkbox is presented unchecked and the individual must take affirmative action to select it:
- By checking a consent checkbox on the contact form at paretogrowth.io.
- By checking a consent checkbox on a Pareto Growth, LLC lead form served through Facebook or Instagram advertising.
- By providing verbal consent to a representative of Pareto Growth, LLC during a phone call, where that consent is recorded in our system along with the date and time.
Opting out and getting help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message frequency and rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies, and you will receive up to 6 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers and devices
Our messaging program is supported by major United States wireless carriers. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and your device's capabilities. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and for notifying us if your mobile number changes.
